Shipping policy

I told the customer that his order was going to be shipped out in a couple of weeks because I was still waiting on the items they ordered to arrive because I would still need to wire them and every single day for 4 days the customer would text me on different platforms disrespecting me and my business calling me a scammer. Then eventually he had his mother text me on tiktok and she was doing the same thing. They both did not understand that I still needed to wire them before shipping the lights out which I told the customer before the purchase.
